Gateway's referral service allows your business to access an untapped income stream and meet your client's requirements for advice on Retirement Options, Pension Transfers from occupational and personal pension schemes as well as Equity Release and Long Term Care planning.

Our highly qualified and experienced team are here to act as an extension of your own service and to ensure that we provide the same high quality of service and advice as you do.

Of course, if you haven't used us before, or it's been a while since your last referred to us, we know you only have our word for it. This is why we've published our own customer charter making the following promises to you and your client.

Our promises to you:

• We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your referral
• We will answer all telephone calls within 6 rings
• We will not transfer your call more than once when dealing with your enquiry
• We will give you a progress report every 14 days whilst dealing with your referral
• We absolutely will not deal with any other area of advice than the one you have referred to us

Our promises to your client:

• We will ensure they fully understand our service, our process and our fees before we start the advice process
• We will answer any questions they have to the fullest of our ability
• We will keep them fully informed of any updates, changes or key milestones as the case progresses
• Any sensitive information they may have to give us in the course of our advice will be dealt with in complete confidentiality
• We will treat them with respect and courtesy at all times
